  • Can I order by phone or email?

    Yes.  You can order by contacting us:

    - by e-mail: orders@mylacambra.com 

    - by telephone: (+34) 91 169 40 40 from Monday to Saturday from 11.30 to 15 hrs and from 17 to 20:30 hrs.

    Tell us the products that you are interested in buying, indicating your first name, surname, address and phone number.

    We will send you a confirmation e-mail with our bank details for you to complete the payment.

    As soon as we receive the payment:

    - we will ship it (if the item is marked as in STOCK). 

    - we will produce the item (if  the item is not marked as in STOCK or if it is a CUSTOMIZED item)

  • How do I place my first order?

    It is very simple.

    1st. - Choose an item - it can either be a standard piece (PRODUCTS section), or an item you have customized in the CUSTOMIZE section.

    2nd. - Click on the BUY button and place your order. If you already have an account at myLACAMBRA.com, introduce your username and password. If not, you need to create an account (this can be done at the Checkout). Fill out your delivery details and selected payment method.

  • How do I place my next orders?

    Once you have placed an order, you will already be registered at myLACAMBRA.com. Therefore you will not need to re-enter in the following orders. You only need to access MY ACCOUNT, enter your email and password, and the data that you registed with will appear for you to check.

  • How do I know the status of my order?

    In the My Orders area (you need to log in to your account) you will be able to see the status of your current orders.

  • How do I know if I have placed my order correctly?

    After ordering, you will always receive a confirmation email.

    Make sure that you have received it.

    If your order has been placed correctly it will appear in My orders in MY ACCOUNT.

    (You can always contact us via chat, email or telephone).

  • How much are the shipping costs?

    Delivery is FREE to all Europe for orders > 50 €*.

    For orders < 50 €, shipping costs are:

    -  3,5 € for orders in SPAIN & PORTUGAL

    -  17 € for the Rest of EUROPE

    For all other destinations, please check SHIPPING COSTS .

    * customs clearance in Canary islands and other destinations is not included.

  • What is the estimated delivery?

    Delivery varies by type of product:
    Products marked as in STOCK: 1-2 working days + shipping* 
    Products not marked as in STOCK or CUSTOMIZED: 21 days + shipping*

    SPAIN: 1-2 working days
    EUROPE: 3-5 working days
    REST OF THE WORLD: 7-10 working days

  • Can I change or cancel my order?


    Sure, no problem!  You may return it or exchange it easily!.

    - Return / Exchange dates: items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon receipt.

    - Conditions: the products should be in perfect condition and with the brand’s tag and original packaging.

    - Shipping costs: the shipping costs of the returned item are your expense (except for returns in Spain and Portugal).

    CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS (with engraving of initials or a colour combination) cannot be returned.

    For Orders made in our ONLINE SHOP (mylacambra.com) the amount will be reimbursed. 

    For Orders made in our STORE, the amount will not be reimbursed, but a voucher valid for a year will be issued.


    Orders processed through myLACAMBRA.com can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email with your name and order number to info@mylacambra.com and we will proceed to refund you.

  • How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

    30 days, from the day the order is recieved.

  • What methods of payment can I use at myLACAMBRA.com?

    We offer two payment methods:
    - Payment with credit and debit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) through Paypal
    - Bank transfer (to an account in a spanish bank - La Caixa)
