RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you are not happy with your product, do not worry! You may return it or exchange it easily!.
- Return / Exchange dates: items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon receipt.
- Conditions: the products should be in perfect condition and with the brand’s tag and original packaging.
- Shipping costs: the shipping costs of the returned item are your expense (except for returns in Spain and Portugal).
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS (with engraving of initials or a colour combination) cannot be returned.
For Orders made in our ONLINE SHOP (mylacambra.com) the amount will be reimbursed.
For Orders made in our STORE, the amount will not be reimbursed, but a voucher valid for a year will be issued.
Steps to return or exchange a product
You have to simply return the item to us in perfect condition, un-used and in its original packaging including the tag and case. Please be sure to package the items carefully to prevent damage in transit as items damaged due to inadequate packaging cannot be returned.
Once we have received the item in the conditions described above, we will issue the refund through the method of payment previously used, or we will proceed to ship the new item.
We aim to process all returns within three working days of receipt of the returned item*. We will contact you via e-mail as soon as we receive the item and process the return.
*Please be aware that it is possible that if you have paid with a credit card, money returned by us may not be shown until the following month.

Orders processed through myLACAMBRA.com can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order is made.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an e-mail with your name, order number and total order value, to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then confirm the cancellation and reimburse the payment.
